AFFILIATE MANAGER (REMOTE)
Key Responsibilities
Mass Outreach: Message 100+ TikTok creators daily via Seller Center to pitch product collaborations.
Campaign Setup: Manage Open, Target, and Collaboration Plans within TikTok Shop.
Sample Logistics: Coordinate and track product sample shipments; hold creators accountable to posting deadlines.
Creative Coaching: Give creators clear briefs on high-converting hooks, CTAs, and top-performing angles.
Performance Tracking: Analyze daily shop GMV, video views, conversion rates and ROI.
Requirements
Platform Experience: 1+ years of direct experience running an affiliate program inside TikTok Seller Center
Execution: High-volume output in creator sourcing, follow-ups, and negotiation.
Platform Fluency: Deep understanding of TikTok trends, short-form video hooks, and shop compliance.
Organization: Expert at using spreadsheets or CRMs to track hundreds of creator conversations simultaneously.


Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven, relationship-first Affiliate Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our affiliate and partner marketing channel. In this role, you won't just maintain existing accounts; you will actively scale our program by hunting for high-impact publishers, managing performance incentives, and protecting our brand from compliance risks. You will be the direct link between our brand and a global network of content creators, media buyers, and strategic partners.
