MULTIMEDIA INTERN (HYBRID)
Key Responsibilities
Short-Form Editing: Edit high-retention video content (15–60 seconds) tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Post-Production Support: Handle basic audio cleaning, color correction, and pacing adjustments for multi-camera or long-form footage.
Motion Text & Captions: Apply dynamic, on-brand kinetic typography, titles, and transitions to maximize viewer retention in live-commerce and marketing clips.
2D Animation: Create clean 2D animations, logo stings, and animated intros/outros for brand videos.
Marketing Collateral: Design digital banners, social media carousels, and display ads based on established brand guidelines.
Pitch Decks & Layouts: Assist in updating and formatting client proposals, rate cards, and internal presentation decks to ensure a polished, professional look.
Static Asset Creation: Generate localized promotional graphics, thumbnail designs, and storyboards for upcoming video projects.
Requirements
Software Proficiency: Digital literacy in industry-standard tools, specifically Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or capable equivalents (CapCut Desktop, Figma).
Visual Storytelling: A strong understanding of framing, pacing, audio-to-video syncing, and modern social media design trends.
Adaptability: Ability to take constructive feedback during creative reviews and apply iterations quickly.
Time Management: Capable of managing deadlines across multiple simultaneous asset requests.
