LIVE HOST (ON-SITE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Host High-Energy Streams: Conduct daily live streams, maintaining a charismatic, confident, and engaging on-camera presence to capture and hold viewer attention.

  • Demonstrate Products: Show off the features of shoes (fit, style, sizing), shirts (fabric quality, styling ideas), and food products (taste testing, ingredients, preparation).

  • Drive Sales & Urgency: Pitch limited-time deals, flash sales, and exclusive vouchers to push viewers to check out their carts immediately.

  • Guide the Audience: Constantly provide clear calls-to-action, instructing viewers how to pin items, ask questions, and complete their purchases.

  • Interact in Real-Time: Read and respond to live comments, answer product inquiries instantly, and build a welcoming community vibe.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Prior experience as a live selling host, online video creator, event host, or in retail/promotional sales. (Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee, or Lazada is highly preferred).

  • Camera Confidence: Natural on-camera presence with high energy, an outgoing personality, and the ability to keep an audience engaged.

  • Versatile Selling Skills: Ability to quickly pivot selling styles between fashion (discussing fit and style for shoes/shirts) and sensory storytelling (tasting and describing food).

  • Quick Thinking: Excellent verbal communication and ad-libbing skills to handle fast-moving comments, live questions, and unexpected technical glitches smoothly.

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, charismatic, and highly engaging Live Selling Host to drive sales and connect with our online community. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our brand across our livestreaming platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Lazada Live, Facebook). Your primary goal is to showcase our diverse product catalog—ranging from trendy shoes and casual shirts to delicious food items—and convert viewers into active buyers through real-time interaction.
